- Time Frame: You may return any item within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging with all tags attached. Any product that shows signs of use, wear, or is missing its original packaging or accessories may not be eligible for a return or may incur a restocking fee.
- Exclusions: Certain items, such as digital products, gift cards, and personalized or custom items, are non-refundable and non-returnable. Sale items are also final sale unless otherwise specified.
2. How to Initiate a Return

- Approval: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed instructions on how to send your item(s) back.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Build4Better is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
3. Refund Process

- Approval: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

- Conditions: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item is out of stock, we will process a refund.
